These terms apply to the public informational website at thedevopshuman.com. The site publishes educational DevOps material and information about separately distributed software. It does not provide a hosted Infrastructure Intelligence Platform service, visitor account, paid service, contact form, or newsletter signup.

Articles, examples, diagrams, and tutorials are provided for general educational and evaluation purposes. They are not professional, security, legal, financial, or operational advice and are not a substitute for reviewing your own environment, provider documentation, and risk controls.

Unless a page or repository says otherwise, the site's editorial content and design remain protected by their applicable rights. You may link to public pages and use separately licensed material under the license that accompanies that material.

Infrastructure Intelligence Platform source identified as learning-v0.84.0 is distributed under the Apache License 2.0. Other repositories, dependencies, code samples, and third-party assets may have their own licenses and notices.

The applicable repository license and notices govern that software. These website terms do not remove, narrow, or replace rights granted by the Apache License 2.0 or by any other separate open-source license.

The published learning-v0.84.0 build is a learning preview, not a production release, managed service, service-level commitment, security certification, or statement that the broader product roadmap is complete. Use it only in the documented disposable, synthetic learning flow unless a later release explicitly states broader support.

Do not connect the learning release to customer workloads or submit customer data, credentials, provider keys, prompts, evidence, or production telemetry. IIP runs in an environment controlled by the person installing it. This website does not host its database, console, control plane, telemetry, or customer data.

You must not use this website to:

• interfere with or overload the site or its hosting infrastructure;
• attempt to bypass access, deployment-protection, or security controls;
• submit malicious traffic, probe for credentials, or impersonate another person; or
• use the site in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.

The site links to services including GitHub, YouTube, and social networks and obtains public published content from Sanity. External services are operated under their own terms and policies. A link does not mean that The DevOps Human controls, warrants, or endorses every statement or service at the destination.

The website and educational material are provided on an "as available" basis. Content can contain errors or become outdated, and availability may be interrupted. To the extent applicable law permits, no warranty is made that the website or learning release is complete, secure for a particular environment, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose.
